Aire Serv is proud to announce that James Walker has been promoted to vice
president of operations. Walker is transitioning into the new position
from Aire Serv sure start franchise consultant.
Walker brings a wealth of experience in franchise development, franchise
consultation, sales supervising and training, and management. He has a
B.A. in Communications from Baylor University.
“It was a tough decision when selecting our new vice president of
operations, but James’ in-depth understanding of the Aire Serv brand,
franchising and business management makes him a great fit for our franchisees
and corporate team,” said Doyle James, president of Aire Serv LLC.
As the Aire Serv sure start franchise consultant, Walker was a pivotal
member in developing an in-depth retail sales process, refining the company’s
menu price guide and consulted franchisees as they opened their new business.
Walker’s responsibility as Aire Serv vice president of operations
is to manage the ongoing operations of the brand, including system support,
and leading project initiatives such as system’s software and program
development.
“I plan to take what I’ve learned thus far at Aire Serv and
continue to build a unified, simplified and efficient system,” said
Walker. “I was excited when I first heard about this opportunity.
I’m looking forward to helping franchisees reach their goals and
continue growing the brand as the ‘Comfort Company’ in heating
and air conditioning.”
Walker and his wife, Adrianna, have three children: Keller, Graham and
Elie Wren.
