“Had my furnace replace and had been without air for four (4) days. My Technician was able to handle my initial request via phone. Later he came by to check the equipment and showed me that originally the builder had the "air duct hosing" installed wrong, and with my new system being installed the house should be much cooler. The installers were professional, came in did the work, clean up any mess. I signed off and they were on their way. A couple days later my technician came by to inspect the work that had been done and if it has been done right the first time. He indicated that he still had to charge me $89 for the service call, which I was certainly willing to pay as he had driven 30 or so miles to get to me. He said that had they known, they would have been able to tell me upfront they couldn't do the job. I mentioned I had told the person answering the phone and he immediately said then there would be no charge. I was most impressed with his integrity. He knew I would pay the charge and yet indicated that since I had mentioned it, it was their responsibility. Very impressive. I'd call them again in a flash.”

That being said, my air conditioning unit was well over forty years old and had been patched up beyond repair. This summer it finally gave out and needed to be replaced. I was apprehensive since most AC companies have a reputation of overcharging for shady work, but in the end was thrilled with AireServ’s services. The Project Manager and his team are honest, professional, courteous, and know what they are doing. They sat down with me and talked about my options and made sure I got the model I wanted. I ended up replacing not only my AC unit but also my heating system (it’s a digital state of the art system that saves energy and comes with on board diagnostics, a touch screen thermostat, and WIFI capabilities that let me change the settings from my phone when I’m away from home). The team went out of their way to make sure we were at ease during the whole installation process. They put carpet down so they wouldn’t damage our floors without us asking and talked me through what they were doing along each step of the way. A few days after the initial installation, I had some problems operating the thermostat, and they came over the same day to check it out. Overall, this has been a great experience and I am impressed by their work.”

“Our old air conditioning blew up right at the time the temp was reaching into the 90's. I called Aire Serv and she sent out a work order to a tech in the field and said she would do all she could to get someone out to check our unit and around 6pm a tech named Aaron came by and verify that our unit was shot. He then called a salesman from Aire Serv who told him what we had and about 8pm the same evening. The salesman came and told us what we needed and set up everything with the installer, David, from Aire Serv. It was about 2 weeks when we got our new inside and outside unit put in. “As luck would have it, our air conditioner stopped working late afternoon on a hot Texas day! Being fairly new to the Dallas area we would not have otherwise known who to contact for HVAC service except that we had previous experience with Aire Serv at our home in Louisville, KY. That's why we felt confident in contacting Aire Serv in the Dallas area. After a call to the after hours Aire Serv folks, a service appointment was set but then also a promise to make an effort to get a tech earlier if possible was made. About 3 hours later, I got a call from Aire Serv tech, Bryan Tenan, to let us know he was on his way to help us out. Bryan arrived around 9:30 pm & quickly discerned the issue was the blower motor. Fortunately, he had a replacement on his truck, which he installed to get our A/C back up & running! He was finished & going out the door less than 2 hrs. later & our house was rapidly cooling down from 82 degrees to 76 as he was leaving!”
